I held off writing this. It's been burning in my drafts for months now, but I just knew the second I memorialized it in writing, something terrible would happen and unwravel everything!

July was difficult.
I was in a major car accident this month.
Usually when people talk about car accidents, there are descriptions of adrenaline rushes, or maybe your life flashing before your eyes. I didn't experience any of it. Hello, nine years later.

Pros. Cons.
It's been a topsy turvy month (well, January anyhow), mostly in a not-so-good way.

First day back at work!
Even though it happened one week later than I initially hoped for, it felt great to go into work today and get busy!
