i wanted to post a picture of pollock's "male and female" as my user pic. well, i did--but it's microscopic. i find this to be bunk. consider this post to be a caption explaining what the colorful speck in the left hand corner is.

i attended a stretcher demo today during class. it's kinda sad that i haven't learned how to properly construct canvas stretchers until the age of 25. times like this make me feel like a big poser. the instructor raffled off the two finished stretchers he made and i won the smaller one. it's not often that i win something, so i'm pretty happy ( Read more... )
