went to the gym this morning and it was very successful. i did 35 minutes on the treadmill for 250+ calories burned, 1.76 miles walked/jogged. i burned off my entire b-fast so was at a fresh start for the day haha. i also did a lot of strength training: arms, legs and abs. and i'm not doing this part to LOOK better, but i want to be stronger. it
