That's wonderful! I love all the switching back and forth between the past and the present, and the swimmers becoming the pasta (or was it vice versa?). Very charming.

I also wanted to say, I used to go to the RISD film festival whenever I found out about it in time -- which wasn't often, because they only announced it the day of, in the newspaper. I still remember some of the short student films I saw there when I was in high school.
