Practical working clothes. Clothes for working with metal and being out in the Pacific Northwest woods. Scott wears lots of thick jeans -- many of them very worn and faded, and yes, he does wear flannel overshirts. Like. All the time. He basically looks like a logger. Very often seen running around with white cotton undershirts and red flannel overshirts. He wears those tan logger/construction boots. And he has an ancient Carhartts jacket that he wears when it's cold.
....And he goes commando under those jeans.
When he's not fully dressed, IE sleepwear or out of the bath or bumming around in the morning, he wears a pair of long flannel pants aaaand really not much else. ...Sometimes a bathrobe. It's very long. It has to be. He's tall.

Dirty light-brown, almost chin length. It's wavey with curls in some places, but because of all the length it pulls down the curls into waves with ZOMG BODY.
He's also got body hair. Light brown. Kinda... everywhere-ish. Not so much on his back. But there's a considerable amount on his arms, and a decent amount on his chest and stomach. Not like, Burt Reynolds, but it's definitely enough for someone to notice.
Eye color?
Hazel. The bluish-green-yellow hazel. Anything but brown. In direct light, they have a mostly-light yellowish hugh, with a dark ring around the edges, but at other angles and light amounts they are more dark blue-ish-green-ish-mud. There are tiny green flecked striations in a ring around his pupils.

scott is huge. Like, just, yeah. He's got thick bones (huge wrists and hands, bee tee dubs), and a large build, and he's got this insanely muscular upper body for somebody who's NOT a body builder. His arms are just. like. muscles. And veins and hair. And his shoulders and chest are rawr. He doesn't have insanely defined muscles, cause he gets his bulk from work and doesn't tailor a diet to show himself off best. There is no "15 lbs for bulk and lose 6 for cut." So while he has a six-pack, it's not directly visible.
His legs are strong as well, but he just doesn't use them like he does his upper body, so they're not as impressively bulky. They're working legs. ...They are also hairy.
....Scott totally has a cute butt, though. He's got one of those tight bubble butts.

As mentioned, Scott has very prominent veins on his hands and arms.
He has a multitude of small minorly-noticeable scars, focusing on his hands, arms, and face, places where the hair won't grow back due to sparks and hot metal. But then he went and got in a fight for Alphaship.
So now his upper body is just like, covered with them. His forearms are the worst. They're just covered with thick twisting scars where he ripped out his stitches twice, there are four deep scars on his right bicep, and there are three on his right pec that just barely miss his nipple. One of them slices through the aereola.
His face has scars as well, but they are thinner. The most noticeable one crosses across his nose, which is totally crooked now. And the tip of his left ear is gone. Picture!

Scott mostly has a deadpan face. Not entirely void of emotion, but, he generally has a very neutral expression. And if he smiles it's usually just a little one. He frowns a lot, but it's usually the thoughtful kind of frown. And if he's GOING to make an expression, chances are it involves his lips being pulled back and pressed together some way, closed-mouth.
He gestures with his hands occasionally, but not huge expressive gestures. Little two-finger pass-off kind of gestures. And he shrugs. A lot. Scott also pushes his hair back all the time, and scratches/rubs his beard. He frequently rubs the side of his thumb down his jaw and chin while he's thinking.
Related, his communication is mostly non-verbal. He uses a lot of little gestures, like nods of his head and moving his eyebrows, and most of the vocal communications he makes are grunts.
Posture and movement?
He generally moves slowly and surely. Movement has a purpose. His actions are usually direct and without excess energy spent. His posture is erect and ....tall. Scott's posture echoes a subconscious drive to emanate an image of physical superiority with his Alpha instincts. He has an instinct to portray strength and calm, instead of weakness or a lax nature.
What does their voice sound like?
Scott is a baritone. His voice is low, strong, and even. With just a little roughness in it. He doesn't have a deep reverberating voice, but it is one of those big gruff man voices. I kind of like to think he sounds a little like John Wayne.
He doesn't particularly have much inflection, although he has rough back country inflection and dropping of consonants more than sharp city enunciation. But all of his diction is strong, the sounds clear and powerful. As with his posture, he subsconciously allows no weakness in his voice.

He likes soap. Handmade soap in non-foofy scents, but good scents. Stuff like herbs and sandalwood and pine and spice. He's made a point to collect it when he can find it on the salvaging runs, and he keeps it stashed away.
Depending on how dirty he gets in a given day, Scott bathes. ...Generally this means he takes a bath every day, in the evening. He washes his body with a cloth and bar soap, and washes his hair about once a week with whatever haircare goop the pack has managed to gather from the city. He DOES use conditioner with the shampoo. He doesn't shave.
Scott brushes his teeth, in the morning. The pack still has toothpaste so like shampoo, he basically uses whatever they have. (He likes cinnamon toothpaste though.) When he wakes up he'll brush his teeth, splash his face, and run a brush through his hair.

Scott smells like hot steel and damp forest and sweat. He smells like running over a spongey forest floor of evergreen needles, with fog and cold northwestern rain, a slight briney tang of the ocean, and a hint of whatever scent is in the soap and shampoo he used.
