...is hilariously offensive. I don't care that I, the reader, am white and have no right to say that it is. I don't care that the book is critically acclaimed as some sort of masterpiece. I don't care that there's some sort of deeper meaning. I just want to finish this book soon and I wish I didn't have to write my thoughts on it.
