It's not hard to pick up something made of sculpey. You grab it by a solid-looking part and gently pick it up. Not rocket science. I can see how you might make a mistake with one, but over five seems excessive (including unbaked ones, but my point still stands). My parents hired this damned cleaning lady for God-knows-why and she keeps breaking

I use bailing wire and often foil around it. In the places where the sculptures are broken, it's crumbled around the break and the wire and foil is warped and twisted. That's what makes me think of it as blunt trauma caused by a duster handle.
Finally, if you don't mind me asking, who are you? I know that seems like an odd question.

I live with Tenrai. I went to IWU with New_fedora, Snipafist, and Tenrai, and several others who went to the happy wedding shindig last weekend. Sadly I couldn't make it. So you almost met me in person. Unless of course you aren't New_fedora's little sister. In which case, haha social gaffe. At any rate, fellow art maker and sculpey-er, happy to make your acquaintance.
