Friday the 13th, forever worse now that my friend and fellow biker died doing what he loved best. Scott, the man with the hat. A taxi driver who transported me and many of my friends. My child was born yesterday.

5Lbs 14oz, at 05:19 in the BGH, Melrose.
Both he and his mother are fine and well.
Judging by the state of his first nappy, what seemed to be the entire contents of a jar of Nutella, he has my bowel. Thankfully he has taken after Monika in the 'looks and brains' department

Visited Auswitch yesterday. There was some sort of Jewish holiday, Yom haShoah I think, so there were a lot of Jewish folk wandering about. This made the experience a lot more unusual, especially as there were a some Germen tourist in German football tops viewing the camp as well.
