Today is my first day on the Shangri-la diet. So far today I've had a glass of water with 2 tablespoons of sugar, and two tablespoons of extra light olive oil. Haven't felt hungry yet! :-D Granted it's only been a few hours. I hope this diet works! I'm so excited! Has anyone else tried it?
