I apologize for the hassle I may have caused recently. I've had no luck with finding Lucy; if anyone sees her, tell her to see me immediately.

Range has returned, but he's been turned into a dog. He has lost his memories again.

Yes. He had disappeared and was reborn without any memories. It happens fairly often, actually; his case was not unique in that respect.

Not sure how accurate a thought it is, but it could be worth looking into.

If we could find some rhyme or reason behind the animal assignments aside from 'people we already know' then it would help to narrow things down.
