Well, my experiment in online journalling is put on hold. Family issues have come up, and I must do my part to make sure that things get resolved.

I'll be away from internet access over the next few days, so no journal updates. I think I have a good-enough excuse - my Dad doesn't do the fancy/expensive tech of today, so no computer or any other device that would need internet access.

Life without being online!

The wife & I drove to the coast today. We got started late, and didn't get to Santa Cruz until 3pm, so we didn't bother trying to do anything in town and just drove through and then north up HW 1.
