well at least you are aware of how ridiculous that first statement is...teaching is the most important job there is, in any capacity, whether as parent, mentor, boss, or educator. what's more important than knowledge?

you're not on the outside, you just need to surround yourself with people who "get" you, who value the same things you value.

i hope you're ok after the threat...your students can make you feel wonderful and shitty all in the same day. be strong...working for free is almost over!
