I should have known. Life isn't black and white, neither is college admissions. I have been neither rejected, nor accepted. But DEFERRED to regular decision. What am I to do? I worked in admissions/financial aid. The acceptance rate for fall early decision is the lowest of the three (like, 25%? Lower?) and most people get flat out rejected. So your deferrment is NOT a sign you will not get in here, and DO NOT be so disenchanted. Otherwise when you do get in, how are you going to feel?

THANK YOU SO MUCH for that! I should be talking to you, then about all my stats? How did you apply? ED? Regular decision? What are the statistics about people who are deferred? Am I able to send in more items for my record? Or do I just have to wait?
