some cooks can cut things well.
some cooks are quick.
some cooks know their ratios.
some cooks know their cooking times and methods.
some cooks know food with wine/spirits/beer pairing.

A good chef, encompasses all of those traits, but is willing to admit his weaknesses and attempt to master them....

I have a while.

I know it doesn't mean much coming from me, since I know nothing about food except how to eat it, but I think you're really talented and passionate about being a chef and everything you've ever made me (haha, all two or three dishes) was delicious and that should count for something. <3

Also, I miss you and we should catch up soon.

of course it means something....

i guess i was just analyzing....regrouping priorities.

i miss you too! it would be nice to catch up.....i'm not sure when i'll be back in the county.
