I saw your post last night and it made me want to come and find you, bring you here, sit you on the couch, wrap you in a warm blanket, and give you hot cocoa and warm cookies.

Sherry would make all the right noises as you ranted about stupid boys, and I'd call all my weird friends over. We'd put a bad movie in the DVD player and mock it mercilessly, laughing until we were all in tears.

And everything would be better for you, at least in that moment.

I really wish I could have done that for you. Hang in there, okay?
