So, since Feb. 28th, I've been doing a decent job of watching what I eat. I've lost about 13 pounds since then and I'm very proud of that. But I know it's only the first few steps and I need to keep consistent. So, I'm adding working out to the mix. IMO backsliding on diets just gets worse if you get angry with yourself for it. If you've lost thirteen pounds in three weeks, that's about as quick as is healthy, so you're on the right track. :)
