So...it seems I have a gig with Chris Kirkconnell. For anyone who's interested, we'll be doing an acoustic set at The Cross and Key two weeks from today. He's a really great singer and songwriter, and I'd suggest you go see him even if I weren't going to be playing guitar for him

People do like style, and I've no problem with style in addition to substance. For me, there needs to be some amount of substance. Otherwise I get bored with the style. Which, I suppose, is why styles change so quickly in fashion and such. People get bored.
