All right, flatmates - you can now expect me to resume actually living here instead of at the theater.  The tech week from Hell has ended.

Now, due to the tech week from hell and the build from hell that preceded it, I haven't looked at the journals or actually paid attention to anything in the world outside of The Pleiades Theatre for about two ( Read more... )

Seamus you're back! Come on up to our flat if you're about. We can drink tea and have biscuits and you can help me distract Anthony from his Susan moping.

I never turn down a biscuit, especially not coming off of Hell Week. You can expect me in about five minutes.

Damn, you're still here? I had hoped you would have found someone else to torture with your presence while I was gone.

Apparently you do not have the luck of the Irish, in that case.

Hullo Hullo!! Who IS starring in that anyway?

Owen Daltry - and seriously, it's like he was born for the part. He wears all that cynicism and nihilism like a second skin. Definitely come see it if you get the chance.

Do we get discounted tickets ebcuase we live in your building?

ec_seamus July 3 2008, 01:27:35 UTC
Alas, no. I get two comp tickets per show, but that's all, and mine are already spoken for this time around. However, next time we've got one going up that you're interested in seeing, let me know early and I can probably find someone who won't be using theirs. The other way to go for free is to volunteer to usher - For thirty minutes or so of handing out programs and pointing people to their seats, you can see the whole show for free and get invited to the cast party.

Ooh! Are they still looking for ushers for this show? I want to meet the famous people at the party!

I'm not sure, to tell the truth. House management isn't my gig. Call down to the theater office, though, and ask for Raechel. She should be able to let you know if they've got any slots open - and tell her that Shay told you to ask, if you like.

Yes. It's your lucky day. Robins turned down her birthday present so we took up a vote and decided to give it to you. Aren't we swell?

Swell doesn't even begin to describe.

Alas, Parvati confirmed that present indeed never was. Try not to be too disappointed.

Also, Zabini wants us all evicted for breaking his heart. Apparently, he's pretending it's just because we're competition.
