Well, my 2 weeks with the Vets in Oban were BRILLIANT. it was warm and sunny (yes, i was in northern scotland) the whole time. Got to run through glens with Highland Cows and such. I had to put a pregnant Highland Cow down (she'd been off her legs a few days and was stuck in a muddy wallow....her calf was dead insider her.....it was for the best). ( Read more... )

I'm currently semicovered in flea bites. They're really, really, really itchy. I've determined that the couches in my flat MUST be infested. High temp washed all the stuff in my room, seem fine. only get more bites when i sit in the lounge. Today whilst snakcing on some doritoes i discovered a mouse sized bite hole in teh botton of the bag. Nobody ( Read more... )

Manchester was good, lots of Yo Sushi! and helping Andy pick out some interview/work clothes. Saw Hot Fuzz at the cinema (loved it) and laughed at a menu "Boston Meatloaf: Meatloaf served on a garlic ciabatta with chive mash" what? it was funny. that and the california cheese steak. inside of the mall food court it looked like a giant cruise ship ( Read more... )
