I got a new job!! I start May 5th. The benefits are amazing, hours are great, will be less stressful than dealing with hotel guests and the office will hopefully not be plagued with the same inefficiency and crap the La Valencia is rife with. weeb has moved out of my mother's house and is pregnant.

my sister's "boyfriend"/baby's daddy has just been arrested for kidnapping and assault. he and his brothers grabbed one of their ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend and beat the shit out of him, holding him in a room until he gave up his money and belongings. I have slept 5 hours in the last 58...everyone keeps waking me up...seems there might be a fire. Still don't know about our place, but am hopeful.
