I can't believe this. My chest is all tight and I'm shaking. I thought Con was dead and then I thought he was a killer but he's not either of them and now I know where he is and I feel like I might cry.

I can have my Con back. I can have my brother again and everything might just be okay because he's my family and it means that some of us really are going to make it out alive. It won't just be me. It'll be the both of us.

I feel like... I don't know. I sort of feel like for the first time that things might actually be okay. Like I might have some sort of future in front of me that won't all be despair and pain. I've never really felt that way before.
