It's been such a quick semester. Unbelievably quick. The last week or so I've been bogged down with a migraine (and then the catch-up work from having the migraine) so it wasn't until this afternoon that I had some time to really sit down and think. It's Patty's 21st birthday today. We watched Greg the Bunny and had champagne at midnight. It was deliciously celebratory. After evening out the second round of drinks by pouring them into each other's cups, I managed to shout (in a burst of not-quite-intellectual fervor) "We're like blood brothers but with spit and alcohol!" Since my class this morning let out (early) around 10:15 I've managed to do absolutely nothing. I watched tv with George until noon and then I came home, made lunch, and watched tv here until now. Bah. I didn't even bother going to Chinese this afternoon, the weather is just too dreary. I've hit the danger zone with my work habits.

Didn't get any work done tonight. Spent the entire evening glued to the tv watching the Red Sox kick Yankee ass. I know what you're thinking, "But Natalie, you hate baseball." This is true. I sat duty with Patty tonight (after getting stuck late at work) because I figured she could use the company. Man, was I right.
