Got an interview at ok surg next wednesday. I hope i can make it work. The hours would be magnificent for football, baseball, and cheer but the salary worries me. To be honest, while I agree that Palin is scary bad, I wouldn't waste my time campaigning for Obama here. He's going to lose Oklahoma by 20 points. I think Moveon or something is having a party at some point to call voters in swing states - you might look into that.

I did that 4 years ago for the Kerry camp. I called what I think to be half of Ohio. I still want the signs though, even though I know it means nothing here. We live in a very small half yuppie, half normal middle class neighborhood and it is interesting seeing some of the signage come up. I want to do my part to show everyone that the woman who talks to her trees and hunts with her husband is just as sane as the wonderful people with the "Republicans for Riley" and "Republican's for Obama" signs. I don't know how big a Will & Grace fan you are, but in some episodes, Karen looks eerily like Palin. And it seems like a lot of ppl you see around have that same look. Does that mean anything psychologically ya think? Are ppl going to relate more to her because she has such a familiar face or is the smarmy "I don't know what the hell I'm talking about" look just that common? Just my thought. Now on to moveon!
