I feel good - kinda

Managed to run today at about 150% of my normal jogging speed for about 3km, which was good, since I usually take my time to finish my runs and that takes way too much time. The trip to Siem Reap refreshed me somewhat with majority of the 5 days there spent walking and a short biking session across potholed roads outside of the town. Major butt and ( Read more... )

Thanks! running's almost pure torture to me initially but its getting better (since its so bloody boring!)

5kg in 3 weeks.. ambitious leh.. hope that doesn't include severe dieting as well :P
