Happy publication day! Also, I love this idea of end credits. Can all authors do that? We poor copyeditors never get any love.

Also, that Duck Tales clip, I think, perfectly replicates the experience of most authors...

Heh. It ended up being more appropriate than I remembered. I was looking for Fenton's excited "I'm somebody!" but Scrooge had the last word.

And I meant to include more of a description of what each person did in the end credits, but I ran out of time. I don't think you can ever thank your copyeditors, proofreaders, marketing team, etc. enough.
