A traditional casserole from the Dominican Republic. This was so delicious; I couldn't keep my daughter's (17 months) plate filled!

I've been keeping note of any recipe in which the spices can be pre-mixed and used as a marinade. I find that it really cuts down on prep/cook time during the week...this is a likely candidate!
