I know a lot of you gave up way before season 6. This Friday Night Dinner, however, is NOT to be missed. I watched it, like, three times. So good. SO GOOD.
Good choice of television to highlight, here or anywhere.
I kept this on my dvr for months, MONTHS, because it was so good. Just the fight. I too, watched it several times.
My favorite parts:
1)the cool camera angle going into the scene at the dinner table...like someone walking in on the fight. I knew at that moment it would be a badass scene 2)Lorelei's impression of her parents (and saying "and scene.") 3)"I was SIXTEEN I didn't want to get married." "When you get pregnant, you get married, a child needs a mother and a father." "OH. MY GOD!"
1) "This sorbet is delicious." 2) The resigned, bored, despondent looks on Richard's and Lorelai's face during the DAR segment 3) "Cocktail Waitress" being Emily's version of the C-word. Heee...
