I, apparently, Fail At Giving Blood.

As in, they couldn't get me to bleed.  Which is... y'know, kind of a good thing on the 'well if I'm ever badly hurt' front, but less so on the 'donation' standpoint.

They say I can come back in a couple of weeks, after my arm's healed, and try again, though.  *shrug*

Heh.  Conversation that can only happen with geeks:

The Trek MMO has just gone open beta to everyone with pre-orders, and it's due out officially in four days.

...god I want it.  But I don't know if it's going to suck or not, and I dunno if Grym's going to play, since he's waiting on tenterhooks for Old Republic.

*sigh*  Dilemmas.

Still have a freaking headache.  :-(  At this point I am really pondering 'cutting off what hurts' as a favored medical option.

In other news, I hate it when I can't tell the difference between feeling tired and feeling depressed.  I got ten hours of sleep, though, so probably 'depressed' wins on a technicality.

Game day, woke up late.  Day Three of the headache, too.   Finally got Darrian to unkink whatever the hell it was in my back that was causing all the trouble.  :0)  Now I'm playing fetch with one of our cats and trying to get sleepy.

All in all, a normal day.

The guys from Champion got it done in less than an hour and a half. :-)  We'll see how much it reduces our electric bills.

In other news, Headache Hangover.  No, not a hangover with a headache, a hangover from *having* a headache.  Nausea, residual pain, no appetite, no energy... *sigh*

Spent twelve hours in bed.  Would have been nice, except for the paaaaain.  Stupid headache.  Stupid me; I spend four hours with ice and Excedrin trying to get it to go away,  only to find that it wanted heat and naproxen instead.

Still got a ghost of it. I hope that goes away soon, and doesn't get worse. :-(
