The greatest thing about being human is that in the worst of times, even the most cynical person will look towards tomorrow.

At the end of the day, you learn that quality generously overwhelms quantity. You learn that not a lot of people truly do care about you in the long-run, and not a lot of people stay in your life-- but the ones who do are all you need.

I just watched U2 from their Vertigo Tour performing "One". And, I don't know. Maybe it's the slow string instrumentals or Bono's distinct voice, but something pierced right into me and causes a tear to escape from my eyes ( Read more... )

So basically I've not gotten over the fact that I received an offer from GUCCI for a part-time position starting in the fall. The pay isn't as high as what I'll be getting in banking once I graduate, but the perks are indescribable. In addition to that, I'll also be doing something I really enjoy.
