We loved our Realtor. Pamela Easton. Century 21, based out of Turlock. She was great for us as first time homebuyers - made the process easy and answered our stupid questions.

One of the Studio Moms is going to take me around. Since she's already suckered... ahem... found a house for Judith, I figured she's okay dealing with indecisive and slightly passive/agressive clients.
She's also someone I aleady know, so there's that comfort. It's bad enough facing the unknown world of Adult Lifetime-Long Purchases without having to factor in a stranger. Ugh. I'm such a coward.
