Ok, so I've been MIA for the past while. Was actually really sick with hypermesis graviderum (fancy way of saying you cant keep anything down even water and puke 6 or 7 times a day for 2 months and you lose a bunch of weight). Boxing day we leave for Disney (all 8 of us in the Zbrog clan). Shaun and I have slightly different flights than the rest of the group but since this is our 4th trip together I'm thinking we can handle the airports pretty well by this point. We leave Winnipeg at lunch , then stay in Chicago for a couple hours then straight to Orlando. Will be nice ( Read more... )

Ok...I admit it the last couple months have just flown by and there never seems to be time to do everything but the one thing we MAKE time for is our annual halloween party. How is it that it seemed like I had so much time left to do stuff...then today it dawned on me that there are only 10 days left!!!! This means no more cabin, biking, boat cruises or general relaxing until AFTER the wedding. We had our engagement photoshoot last night. It was way more fun than I expected. Shaun kept making me laugh and even Candice (old country road photography) was having a hard time holding it together. Great big thanks to Sarah for her MAC amazingness...who knew makeup could be so magical. We should have the pics soon. Can't wait.

So yesterday was our wedding shower hosted by our moms. They had it at the same venue as our wedding so it was nice to get a feel of the layout of the place. They did such a beautiful job.
