Here is a fit tip: Jog as early as 7am, this way the streets are empty and you get your privacy! Plus it's still early and you're already done to move on to other things!

It's getting tougher and tougher to keep myself in shape. I feel so much lazier and I rarely exercise, let alone get off the couch. This is probably a result from me thinking of myself as an old geezer, which I am not. I need motivation! Ideas anyone?
