I noticed that!

The thing is,.. I think most people think they are a part of the 20%
minority that does the work...

Even the people who will dodge work, shrug it off on others or even
literally hide from it... talk to them and they say, "I do as much, if
not more for this place than anyone" or "I worked so hard for this
company for so long, I deserve a break now" or "I have special knowledge,
I have special privileges, I have special tasks,... you just dont
understand." type-crap....

Very few really realize how lazy they are being and don't realize how
much its impacting the rest of the crew...

Because they are dicks. heh.

The first couple weeks on a job are always difficult and unsure.... so, I
hope it goes well, I hope it works out like I want and I hope I end up
enjoying it.
