So, tonight I get to live through my first tropical storm. My biggest concern is whether my power will go out again and destroy all my beautiful popsicles in the freezer. Other than that, I can cope. I'm at work all day tomorrow, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue. I wonder if the barometric pressure drop will bring in all the mommas... I'

Good furniture will last you a nice long time, cheap furniture will only make you crazy.

I bought a new couch a couple months ago. Art Van clearance center, baby! It's red. I loves it. =)

The storm was a big dud. It barely rained. I was sorely disappointed. Needless to say, the popsicles made it long enough to make it to my stomach this week. :) My couch is red too! They don't have Art Van down here, but the place I went had specials on everything, so I thought I'd scoop it up. It's hard to find a cheap, decent couch sometimes.
