So, is getting a new iPod worth it? I mean, I got my current iPod used from my brother-in-law for $100 (which my dad paid as a gift for my birthday) back in December. Also, Kellie, does U.S. Law have a specific branch of Law that deals specifically with the 'procedural' part? As in, notification, warrants, testimony, etc., or is it merged into the other branches (Tort, Crim, etc.)?
