 What a week it has been for Wellington and New Zealand in the lists this week. Wellington - coolest small capital in the world and in the Lonely Planet top ten city list and today we are Number 3 in best countries in the world list after Norway and Australia.
I know these lists can all be a little silly but it does make one feel rather proud. I

Absolutely brilliant to see you have finally mastered the wonders of Live Journal - sorry it was not I who helped you there. I bow to the superiority of our mutual friend futurecatNZ.
Having Wellington as a "Cool Capital" should be a useful marketing tool for the BookCrossing convention that we are planning next year.
I've added you as my friend. I suppose that means I should post an update.

It's no secret I love New Zealand more than my own nation. Just because I was born here doesn't make it my first preference!

Te Papa is a treasure. Looking forward to seeing it, and Wellington, and both of you and everyone else!
