Too many electronica djs. One can only stand up and dance for six minutes, stop, mix, and dance for six more only so long. Though I have been reading up on mixing in key and the like.

hahaha I'm not doing the electronica thing, I'm going for the more hands on technique of turntablism, I mean I'll mix, but definitely not house or trance or pretty much any sort of techno. I am also dustin's friend.

What decks did you get?

Since august I've been pursuing what I've always wanted to do: mashups. You should, if you haven't already, downlaod some DJ Z-Trip or 2 Many DJs.

This weekend = me and this other dj spinning a party with three turntables. HOLLA!

I've got a pair of Technics 1200 Mk II's and a shitty old Gemini mixer.

playing records is fun, although I fear i'm getting too old for it.
