well, so far my life rules. we've been doing lots with friends lately. lots of sloppy ass sports- catch the ball, kickball, hot lava, frisbee, ride bikes drunk, etc. memorial day weekend we went to jordan's family's house and all us youngsters played neighborhood street ball. see:

so far, spring/summer has been great. we've had lots of visitors, including zach d, drew l, emma h, lynn k, and sean pm, who is pretty much living with us this summer. i really miss emma a lot, so i'm really glad she came out to see us. lynn too. i was really surprised they were able to come, and i feel like i didn't make the most of our time ( Read more... )

tigerclaw is in the hospital for kitties right now. she has been throwing up since yesterday, and all through the night. brian is such a good person, he called the vet right when he got up to get her in, found a way to get off, and took her in. i guess she swallowed a piece of string, and it is wrapped around her tongue, and leads down her throat. yesterday was confusing. it had AWESOME moments, and HORRIBLE moments. i got an awesome facial, but right before that, my patient collapsed in the street, and have what i believe is a stroke. i had to pick him up, pull him out of the street and reorient him. there were so many people around, yelling at me "has he been drinking?"
