Hooray, my flu finally seems to be going. Now im just left with what resembles an average cold, which isnt much fun but its a lot better than how ive been feeling for most of the past week.

I've also taken the opportunity of this week to stop smoking. Again. Hopefully i can stick it out this time but only time will tell.

Being sick is starting to get really boring. I managed to get something like 3 or 4 hours of sleep last night thanks to several pains waking me up every hour or so. Yesterday i went to help my grandad do some shopping around town and helped him move some things now that he's too weak to do anything and my reward for doing a good deed? A pulled muscle, yay!!
