note to self: running repeatedly up & down the stairs just to get some indoor exercise is a great idea in theory but results in very sore calves for a few days after said exercise
haha. well at the time Cory was out jogging at night & it was really cold out so i didnt go along. after he left i felt bad that i wasnt getting any exercise which is when i thought of the stairs idea. i did that for a couple minutes & then jogged a little loop around the inside of the house a couple times. haha. it got boring but at least i burned some calories. my calves were soooo sore for a couple days after though :\
