I feel numb and exhausted. This has been such a bad week. I can't believe it's only Thursday! It feels like three weeks have gone by since Sunday. We spent yesterday cleaning out the house, which was hard for Victor. Due to the emotional stress and lack of sleep everyone feels wrung out and stretched thin. I hope I have something good to post

Lack of sleep always makes me feel discouraged. It's been a tough week. More than tough, there aren't even words for what this week has been for all of us, especially Victor. The one thing that has amazed and touched me is how everyone is so warm and welcome and willing to be emotionally and physically available. It really does show that friendship, true friendship, is the stuff of which life is made. Hang in there m'dear, it will get better.
