As for the underline, that is because you are missing a "" somewhere in your html. So LJ is treating all your text as if it were a link to photos in your LJ scrapbook.
So I would just try putting:
before your text and see if that fixes the problem. But its really hard to know for sure without seeing the html for the entry. Hope that helps. :o)
It worked! You fixed it! You are genius, spudcat! (And I do not know the first thing about html.) Lucky me, because I have you to explain it to me. :D :D :D Glad you like the pictures. The jellyfish is sad, though, isn't he? xoxoxox
Yay! I'm glad that worked. *blushes* I wouldn't call myself a genius. I've just made enough icon posts to be pretty familiar with html and some of the common pitfalls.
Yeah, the poor jellyfish is sad, and yet still fascinating. I found myself clicking to get the largest zoomed in view to look at the details of those photos.....I guess that's the biologist in me. ;-)
LOL, I'm glad you liked them!!! Zooming in would have been easier on the ones that I (damn it!) deleted. I took about TEN pictures of the jellyfish, because it had really interesting mini-tentacles, and a dark purple lining. :D
Woahs these are great! totally intrigued by the jellyfish, cuz I've never seen one outside of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. far as I know they don't wash up on our beaches, well at least not that size.
Beautiful pictures, all of them.
Interesting with the cotton press. My old uni was built on an old plantation. It's strange isn't it? how ordinary life goes on, while the relics of tragedy just sit in the periphery.

The first one, with the sparkly water, is absolutely stunning. And there's another one of the wooden pier! I love that. Odd, I know, but I find them fascinating. They're so nostalgic and sinister at the same time.
The stranded jellyfish... so poetic and peaceful. I'm sure there's a haiku in there somewhere.
Yep, this confirms it. We're clones. Glad you like piers as much as I do, and for similar reasons. Going home tomorrow, so will be in transit most of the day.
OH. MY. Your icon is stunning and FRAKKING hilarious!!! ROTFLMAO.
Hehehe! Yes, but with Maureen, I need it! I hate getting caught at the last minute with her. Other people, I'm confident that I can find something in an ordinary store. :D
I've got a friend like that. She has everything I think of getting for her so I either have to get soemthing really different or coordinate with her parents and steal the list of things she has asked for. Which she usually angsts over and gives it to them 2 days before her birthday. :( I still love her though. LOL.
