That looks lovely! Did you have a pattern for it or make it up yourself?

I developed the pattern for each of the girls, as well as the corsets they'll be wearing. Takes a while.

My sewing room is for the moment my living room! It was to make having people over for fittings easier. In reality it's because the skirts are so much volume I couldn't have managed it in my real sewing room. :D

Once you get to a certain volume of fabric you just have to make it work. I've sewn skirt sections by moving the machine to the cutting table, just so I'd have the room to support the fabric. Crazy times!
