David and I went to the Mariners game today with Kat, spent the day in Seattle and then went to the Sounders game this evening.

It was a lot of fun, but I'm pooped now.

A big nap and I'm feeling quite a bit better and more of the even keel me that I'm used to.
Amazing what some sleep can do.
