Equilibrium: (I shall do my best not to dissolve into a Christian Bale-induced lump of hormones. :D ) Okay. If you can look past Kurt Wimmer's most unforgivable production mistake ("Ultraviolet"), you will find this movie. To get an idea of what it's about, think Orwell's "1984," Huxley's "Brave New World," and Ayn Rand's "Anthem." Throw in a dash of "The Giver" and "Fahrenheit 451," and several costume style nods to The Matrix and any kung fu movie, and you will have "Equilibrium." Mmm..well I'm not sure I can write a paper on everything, but I'll try. Well Asian art...Yep, just love everything about it. I love the symbols, the colors, the constant use of dragons!!! I just love it, I'm gay, I know. I'll have to send you some pictures of stuff sometime I suppose. Maine..yea...when I was younger I loved the idea of moving to Maine, just seemed like it would be quieter and prettier and not so damn hot and around crazy crack heads. And as for the Notebook...yep, I just love that movie. Sue me.
