I can't believe it's July already. So far, the real world hasn't quite hit me yet.

Two months until graduation. Fuck. I need some more chocolate pretzels. It's an addiction I can't seem to kick. That, and peanut butter cups.

The truth is, I'm done freaking out. It's time to move on and fucking do something already. I've felt so much change over the past four years...the next four should be interesting. I guess we'll see.

During the Civil Rights Movement, at least African-American's could rely on the support of their families, their friends, and their communities in attempting to achieve some legal form of equality. Parents didn't say to their children, "I'm sorry, I just don't think you should have the right to marry...because you're black."
