William's first day of kindergarten was apparently a roaring success! He was so happy and excited this morning, and just as happy and excited (though very tired) when he got home! We had a better day today. Bee City, Givhans Ferry State Park, a little tv time and reading time, met Daddy after work, went shopping, dinner at Moe's, bedtime. Busy days are better, I think. As soon as they're asleep (William is holding out on me, Matthew was asleep as soon as he hit the pillow I think) I have a project to start!

Matthew is feeling a little better. No throwing up, no fever, no purple lips/hands/feet (weirdest thing last night...), and only a few yucky diapers. He's also nursed and eaten a bit today, which is a definite improvement. AND he played when we went outside today, where yesterday he would just lay in my lap and moan the whole time we were out. My William can read!! I'm so amazed. He read the word "pink" at VS in the mall today. Read all the letters, said the sounds they make, and then repeated them until he figured out the word. He's done it with some other words, too (I may have posted that?) but I'm amazed every time. He is so smart. *grin ( Read more... )

Class was good today. The professor already knows who I am, lol. She remembered exactly two of us from Monday, and I was one. Not sure if that's good or bad! My homework is done for my math class tomorrow, and I've already started the reading assignment for Friday ( Read more... )
