Well, you already know that I found this to be lovely. It was . . . eerie, almost, to see such a picture of domestic bliss for Molly and Jim, knowing the dysfunctional relationship they would have, at best. At the same time, Molly's imaginings were light and innocent - and so very naive.

The very last section, with the watching the news for mention of him, and her mingled pain and shame over that pain are wonderfully done.

Thank-you for that lovely story. I would love to see some more of these two from you. :D
