You can see a little bit of my dress in the second picture, it's a long black dress with colorful polkadots and white lace at the collar, I love the clownish look of it. I added a piece of red fabric under it so that it would cover my feet and what I was standing upon. If I ever manage to take pics of my complete outfit I'll post them for sure.
And thanks for your compliments!
I miss you and love you too! Have you seen that picture Kulturekid Dave took of us? I adore it! :)
darlin' you look adorable! I'm so proud of you. I remember when I saw you last you were positive that you couldn't possibly statue cuz you thought you wouldn't be able to stand still. And look at you now! May this be the beginning of a sordid love affair with street performance...
hey whitney, you also inspired me in my first brigading! it was at the black cat show in d.c and you convinced me that yes, i could stand on a box inside the doors and hand out my origami flowers. it was your confidence in me that made it easy for me to do it. i haven't had the chance to tell you that i really appreciated that push you gave me! thanks!!
I remember you, absolutely! I remember you wavering largely because of hight and you looked so fabulous when you got up there! Have you been brigading at the shows since then?
my name is kristen. it's lupa on the board and yes, i've brigaded 6 out of the 8 times i've seen the dolls!! i was at the dvd filming also, handing out pins i made, dressed up all fifties style... it was awesome. i tell everyone the story of how you convinced me to do it: you: how 'bout you stand on this box and give them out? me: uh, no way! i can't do that! you: yes, you can me: no, i can't you: yes, you can me: no, i really can't you: YES, you CAN me: *deep breath* okay, yes, i can and the rest is history...
I LOVE YOU TOO Casey. I thought about you guys during the whole afternoon. And I missed you a lot, but you were with me, you know. I also restrained myself from laughing because at some point I recalled when you passed by me jumping in that hilarious way at the FNX show and I was picturing it in my mind, I saw you pass by and make that funny face in my direction when the streets were empty. :D

When you come to Paris next year we'll meet and have walks in amazing corners and have drinks and share stories till the day breaks and of course you'll see me perform. <3 I could be working on a Skinny Puppy statue covered in mud and fake blood JUST FOR YOU. I'd scare the shit out of people and get 3 bucks in four hours. That could be fun. :D

Do you have any idea of how much I adore you? How much you fucking rock? How much you put the "freedom" in "Punk Cabaret"?
Yeah. That much.
More, actually.
