The random leaking puddle things (for both sink and fridge) may be condensation pooling...much like the old window a/c units.

Not sure what to do with it, but that's my theory. The sink you can wrap the pipe in insulation...the fridge...well that won't work so well! ;)

you're probably right about the sink. the problem with the leak from the fridge is that its running water. seriously, when you open the fridge and look into the back, you can see it running down from the top seam behind the light!!

freon leak? issue with the ice tray? who knows?

does your fridge make ice and have water in the door? if so, disconnect the water from it for the time being if you can...hose should enter in the back of the fridge some where. freon is dyed greenish, usually...so i don't think that's it. running water in your fridge is just not a feature most people go for.

we've been thinking it was the ice maker (which just went completely kapoot a week ago. we've taken a lot of it apart, but it guess it might just be time to dismantle it. particularly now that its not working at all.
